主任が駄目だしされていた。自分も駄目だしされるが、上と下に挟まれる立場に居る主任はもっと大変だなと思う今日この頃。金もらっている以上駄目だしされてなんぼ。

The chief was being reprimanded by his boss. I too have been reprimanded, but I think it is more difficult for a chief who is sandwiched between a supervisor and a subordinate. However, as long as he is paid a salary, it is inevitable that he will be reprimanded.
