バイト先の人達と飲み会にいった。が、話とテンションについていけず、雰囲気を壊してはいけないと思い、終始酔ったふりをしていた。

I went to a drinking party with people from my part-time job. But I couldn’t keep up with the conversation and tension, and I didn’t want to ruin the atmosphere, so I pretended to be drunk the whole time.
